i have a ford explorer and it sat for about a month i

I have a 94 Ford Explorer and it sat for about a month. I went to start it and the battery was dead. I jumped it using one of those jumpers you charge up then hook it up turn it on and start your car, and it worked. But now I can't get the engine to turn over at all even when jumping from another car. Just a few clicks, what happened
