Ford explorer

I am going on a 6oo mile trip in July. I have a 200 Ford Explorer with 44000 miles on it. What do you recommend I do to it before going on my trip. I always get the oil changed every 3000 miles or 3 months whatever comes first. anythin else you can suggest?
