2002 Toyota Camry

On my 02 Toyota Camry (91,000 miles) my CEL has come on. The code is PO420 Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1). Is this the O2 sensor? If so, how many are there (1-4). Is Bank 1 the passesnger side? Single mom, with no clue on how and who to get to repair. Would rather not go to dealership as they want to charge you as much as possible (if you know what I mean). Help!
