where can i get a service manual cd for my 2000 bmw 740il

i'm looking for manual and i think it only comes in cd form but how can i get a copy, the dealers will not sell me one.

that book has all those cars in it. It cann't be very much info about any one car, wiring and engine as well as the body are important to me.
