i have a crysler sebring with a liter where is the

I have a 1997 Crysler Sebring with a 2.56 liter. where is the automatic shutdown relay located?

1997 Chrysler sebring 2.5

Already Tried:
Reference Chiltons manual engine schematic diagram checked for power at the pcm connectors. I have bat. voltage at pin 46 and 67. No power at pin 6. Also I have a no pwer condition. No lights, door open bell everything dead. I cannot locate the the automatic shutdown relay. Can you tell me where to find it?
