Electrical diagnostic needs to be performed. This is probably a circuit problem. Most shops do this for under $40.

I was hoping that your answere would point me in some other direction. Is it the electronic climate control, or the the ecc module. Your answere, take it to a shop really isn't an answer I feel is worth the price. thank you for your time
