I recently had an engine rebuilder shop get and rebuild an Olds 350 short block.
In the meantime, I also found an aluminum intake manifold.
When I got the short block home, the intake manifold matched the heads perfectly, but did not cover the Exhaust Crossover ports on the heads. So, I need something to cover the crossover ports on the heads.
I understand there is a way to plug the holes in the heads. Do these holes create extreme pressure or vaccuum (or both)?
As always,
MK Holmes
