mitshubishi montero belt and cd player problems

my 1996 mitsubishi montero belts squeel at around 40 mph and it seeem to happen when i have the heat on i recently replaced all the belts and alternator i tightened the adjustment pulley as tight as it will go with out snapping the aluniman metal bracket for the adjusting pulley can any one tell me what the problem is or could be... also my 10 disc cd player factory installed does not work i get an e03 message on the display screen what could that be thanking you in advance with possibale cause and solutions Customer (name blocked for privacy) new jersey
