good fuel press at fuel rail / 40 lbs. no voltage to fuel injectors, key on or cranking.relay good. test codes 21, 22, and 24 from EEC. 1978 ford ranger 2.9 L

Already Tried:
checked relayfor EEC/ No poweer to injectors. No fuel to engine cylinders, good spark at plugs wont run or fire.

Reply to john's Post: Yes will run on starting fluid. Both fuel pumps run and have 40 psi at injectors. EEC getting power and when tested gives codes 21 =engine coolant temp out of test range 22 manifold press out of test range and 24 air charge temp out of range. No detectable elect signal or power to injectors, key on or cranking engine.Appears to be elect. / electronic.

How do I credit steve for the answers . Looks as if I will be accepting and crediting John for the snswers he gave ? Johns answers did not help and would have infact led me down the wrong path.
