Where is the fuse located for the cig lighter on a 1999 ford expedition?

Right inside the drivers door on the end of the dash towards the drivers door you should have a fuse panel. There should be a diagram on the door of the panel that tells you which fuse is for the lighter. If there is not a panel located there it will be right up under the dash below the steering wheel.

We found the problem in a fuse box under the hood. Power points fixed.
