i have a 87 toyota truck,,    when its cold and rainy or moister in the air,   my truck runs rough...it loses power and boggs down.   this only happens in the winter month and the snow.    never in the rainy summer days.   this only happens when i have been driving for 30 minutes or more.   never in the first warm up period.   please help on what this problem is.   no one understands.    my truck starts to buck and stall 30 minutes in the cold rain.
