Why does my F-l50 jerk when I exceed 60mph,idle too long, on an incline, or sometimes just shut down?

Optional Information:
1999 Ford F-150 XL 6 cylinder

Already Tried:
I added a bottle of gas treatment to it because I though I had purchased bad fuel.
