96 olds ciera, charging systems keeps going high, full fielded, has burnt out batt and 2 alts, have cleaned all grounds, replaced pcm, and have checked harnesses in engine compt and ign feed circuits, also keeps throwing dtc po560, hign voltage in pcm, also will throw dtc in abs module for high voltage and causes air bag to flash, and starts in 3 gear when this spike is taking place, pcm controlls alt output, any ideas out there ???????
