Airflow blocked by leaves?

1998 Chev Astro. I think leaves have buildup from the outside vent and have got into block the airflow to the vents facing the driver and passenger. How do I remove them?

You might try compressed air or a shop vac to avoid taking things apart.I use air to blow things out a lot of times.
