I just changed a fuel filter on an Customer (name blocked for privacy). It has a fuel pump in the tank and a fuel pump on the frame rail, any how, when I took the fuel filter off, it emptied all of the fuel out of the lines. When I reinstalled the new fuel filter, I tried to start the engine, but no fuel is getting to it. I checked and both pumps are pumping, but I have no fuel pressure at the fuel rail. Can you give me some advice?
