about 3 years ago i had the rear windshield replace in my mazda 626 lx 1996 2.0 engine. then one day my rear defrost was not working any more. so i looked up in my owners manual to see what the proble could be. it was a fuse in the engine compartment. so i went down to the auto parts store to get a new fuse. got the right one and put it in. then turned on my rear defrost and it worked for about a min. then it stop. so poped the hood and check the fuse the fuse had blowen angian so i replace it angain and the same thing happened again so my question is. is there a short in the line sum where and how do ifound this out a fix it. thank you todd

Check the wire that goes to the rear window,most likely your problem is there.If you don't find a bare or broken wire in that location,you will have to trace the wires back to the switch and check them as well.My bet is next to the window though.
