1972 ford tail lights won't turn off. I had'nt driven the truck for 3 or4 days nor did I drive with the lights on the last time. When i noticed the lights i tried to turn them off(no luck)tried to start the truck, it wouldn't even turn over but the heater and headlights had power

Sounds like your brake light switch is stuck-located down by the brake pedal on the brake arm.It appears to have stuck and drained your battery. Thanks John
