1992 ford taurus 3.0. erratic electrical problems.
1) for 3 months, car radio experienced occasional and steady screeching static on almost all stations on smooth or rough road, bumps or no bumps. After several weeks of tinkering, I could influence static intensity by turning the heater heat control pot (not the fan).
2) Then a new problem surfaced...previous one remained...for 3 out of 5 starts, the airbag light remains intermittently on and with a repeating pattern of 3 blinks, wait 2 seconds, then 2 blinks. Sometimes shutting engine down and restarting hot or cold gets rid of it.
3) Next, car heater would not heat for about two weeks. Just yesterday, it started heating again and I did nothing to fix it.
4) otherwise, car starts and runs well, no engine misses, smooth idle, plenty of pep

Already Tried: Checked and reset all fuses, antenna connections, inspected for loose wires and cable harnesses under hood and dash and anything else unusual..found nothing to mention.
