I have a 1996 Olds Cutlass Supreme 3.1 engine. While the engine is sitting idling, I notice the RMP gauge going up and down. Also, when I'm driving at about 65-75 mph the RMP gauge is continuly going up and down and I also feel a slight hesitation or jerk in the engine as the RMP gauge is going up and down. Do you think the Throttle Position Sensor is causing the problem?
