I put a 2.4 out of a 98 chevy malibu into a 97 malibu that

I put a 2.4 out of a 98 chevy malibu into a 97 malibu that had a 3.1. I changed because 98 was wrecked, i changed everything over, computer, engine harness, exhaust pipe, and for some reason it will not start,can someone please tell me whats going on.

It has fuel pressure,i dont know about air or spark
