I have a 94 pontiac firebird and when I pour water

I have a 94 pontiac firebird and when I pour water into the radiator it leaks out in a line behind the pulley. The water comes out somewhere in the block and I dont know where. I know my radiator is not leaking but maybe my waterpump needs to be replaced again? Just did it in June. Help me plesae.

Already Tried:
Water pump replaced. leak sealant. worked for about 2 weeks
