97 Town & Country Lxi, 3.8L eng. Not getting any voltage on Pin 16 of OBD port. Have some info from "ALLDATADIY" about BCM trouble shooting, but no info about pinout/schematics for Junction Block. When I apply power directly from battery to pin 16, all car functions work fine. Without jumper RKE, interior lights, radio stop working. ALL fuses good. I suspect bad wire and/or connection between PCM and Junction Block. All help appreciated.

Power comes from power distribution center fuse #10, A 10 amp fuse Look for bad conection at C4 conector at the junction block.

Reply to Marc's Post: Can you provide more data about pinout for junction block and/or how to troubleshoot problem. What do think...bad/loose connection at/within junction block or bad/loose connection coming out of PDC?

Thanks

No prob with "decoding" the schematic....guess I will have to dismantle bcm/junction block to do actual physical inspection of wires/connectors etc.

thanks
