whats does fault code 495 mean on a 2002 envoy

my wifes 2002 envoy is making a loud "fan like" noise. i had her take it to autozone and they came up with a fault code of 495, i cant find a 495 in my manual. thank you

It means you have a fault in the elctro-viscous fan clutch system.In laymens terms most of the time it is the fan clutch for the radiator fan being faulty.
