99 durango belt squeek, replaced belt still squeeking, spray on belt dressing and it stops for about 1 ninute

Belt dressing is a temporary fix only. It causes it to come back even worse. Pull on the bell and make sure the tensioner works smoothly, replace the belt and clean the dressing off all the pulleys before installing the new belt.

Also note, every time you spray belt dressing on a new belt, you have ruined another belt.
