98 tj wrangler heater a/c blower just stopped

hello my blowers just stopped working
would there be a fuse to check or at least a way to trouble shoot the problem?
nothing is working def vents ect...

It has to be either the blower motor itself or fuse #8 because there are 2 different fuses that supply different speeds so if you lost it all, it has to be the motor or that fuse. The relay and the other fuse are for high speed only.
