Thank you for your message. Answers aren't unlocked for viewing until the deposit is paid. The deposit is fully refundable, and you don't pay the expert unless you are satisfied. Your deposit stays in your Just Answer! account until you decide to spend it. After it's paid, the customer is on the honor system as far as paying the expert. You are the one to decide if the answer was helpful or not. Also, you can ask follow up questions if you need to.
If your question is closed, and you want to reply to the expert, you will have to reopen it. Relisting is easy, just click on the relisting link above your question box.
