I have a 94 APV lumina. 150,000 miles, It set for 2 years and I have begun to service it. new ignition wires, plugs, starter and fuel filter. It was hesitaing but it does that somewhat when the AC is on. My big problem is that when starting in the morning it churns over for a long period of time before it starts. Some times several tries, but it then runs. After the initial starting it may start up with immediatily with minimal cranking. Do I have a fuel pump problem? Please help. Thank you

Reply to Dan's Post: I am not able to check for pressure with a gage. I could in the morning disconnect the fuel filter and see if it has pressure when I pop the coupler.
I am considering changing the fuel pump hoping it is not a difficult job. I do most simple servicing but I have never dropped the tank.
