REPLIED Check Mark

Check the fluid level and adjust accordingly, if the fluid level is low, inspect for leaks. Inspect the trans linkage and with an assistant make sure it is moving properly. If the fluid level is good and the linkage is ok, then you have an internal problem to the trans and it will need to be taken apart and overhauled or replaced. Most shops offer a better warranty with a replacement verses rebuilding the unit.

Thank you for your try, but that is basic information that I have already tried, if you would like to try again, let me give you some more info. I was driving home using the cruse control it was driving fine, all of the sudden the engine rev prety high and lost speed, I pull to the side of the road and when I try to put it in gear it would not go but the engine revs pretty high
