1988 lincoln towncar (5.0) has pressure in oil pan blowing oil out at dip stick.no problem till I changed vale cover gaskets

Actually the problem lies below your pcv valve.Under the intake plenum at the back of the intake manifold you will find your pcv valve.Remove it and the grommet that it sits in.You will find a metal screen underneath it and it needs removed.It won't be easy but that is what you will need to do or oil leaks will spring up every where.Throw the screen away because as I last checked you couldn't buy a new one unless that has changed .I will look again and advise on that.I just checked they are available aftermarket.You would be asking for a crankcase breather filter.
