Toyota 2002 Sienna Power Window

The right side passenger window will not go down on my 2002 Sienna van when the right side switch is depressed. The switch for that window control on the driver's side will not activate it either??? When the right side switch became ineffective the left side switch worked for some time.
Now neither will make the window go down!
