i have an 2wd 1993 c/k1500 4.3l chevy pickup w/ac and need to know how to replace the tensioner pully itself not the spring part just bearing and wheel? Is the bolt pressed in or screwed in?

I doubt you can buy one. they are sold as a complete unit.

well i did buy what i needed i actually for some reason have the v8 model tension pulley on my 4.3 v6 model but know ive been trying for two hours trying to but the tension spring and housing and everything back together and cant figure it out. Does this website offer any kind of digram?

Stop wasting your time. It's serviced as a complete tensioner. Just replace it.
