1999 GMC PICKUP hARD TO GET OUT OF pARK iN THE MORNING IT FINE But after setting the hot sun for 8 hours I have a hard time getting it out of Park.

I would think the park lock solenoid is going bad and failing under higher temperature conditions.I will assume you are not moving and parking on a grade without using the parking brake properly.
