brake trouble

I am having trouble with the brakes on my 1992 Dodge Spirit, I have bled them, fpund and stop all leaks that I can find, but they still do not work. When the engine is off, I can pump the brakes and get a "full pedal", but when U start the engine, the pedal falls to the floor and the engine bogs down and sputters. I am unable to find any vaccum leaks( though there probably are some ). HELP!!!!!
