NO TAIL LIGHTS WORKING

BUICK 1995 SKYLARK.......NO TAIL LIGHTS ON......REPLACED WITH NEW BULBS...BRAKE LIGHTS WORK, TURN SIGNAL WORK, REVERSE WORKS, FRONT HEADLIGHTSV OK.....JUST TAIL LIGHTS I CANNOT GET WORKING...WHY ? ALL FUSES ARE GOOD UNDER DASH

CHECKED ALL FUSES UNDER DASH......OK...WHAT ABOUT IN ENGINE COMPARTMENT ?

I REPLACED THE BAD FUSES.....THERE IS POWER TO THE BULBS FOR BRAKING, AND TURNING....JUST NO TAIL LIGHTS.
