Idle problems

I have a 1994 Mitsubishi eclipse and the Idle fluxuates pretty bad and sometimes stalls out completly I cannot run the a/c unit in town other wise it will stall out when its not the rpms like to sit at about 500 insted of the 1000. but sometimes the idle wants to run high in the 2000-2500 range. I have gone thru and replaced the plugs, pcv, air filter leaned the throtle body and checked for vacuum leaks and have found none any I deas would be great.
