Question

was I scammed

Sent to Car Experts July 22, 2005 7:08 p.m.

I just had work done to my 97 Chevy venture mini van first dye was put in to locate any leaks because it wasn't cooling at all. Then the mechanics turned the air on after looking to locate the problem, after that they said the belt was rubbing against the radiator and it burst! So that needed to be replaced. I spent over 500 dollars. This work was done on 7-15-05. It's been blowing good until yesterday 7-21-05. Now the same company mechanics are saying the compressor has a leak. Which I thought the dye was to detect any of them problems. Am I getting scammed. HELP! A Customer (name blocked for privacy)!
