1995 wrangler wont start

I have a 1995 jeep wrangler 4cyl. 5 spd.I am not getting any spark to the motor.I replaced the coil,distributer cap,rotor button,and plugs and wires.I was told there is no control module on the '95.I checked all fuses.It just turns over and over.The spark is not getting to the coil.Do you have any idea
