86 ford ranger 2.9 v 6going at any speed starts smoking turnkey off stops smoking for awile then starts over

You got a resistor problem that is located inside your evaporator,that is why this always happen whenever you swicth on your blower.you need to replace your resistor to fix the problem.

My Ford is fuel injected and when it starts smokeing it acts like when a carb.Is flooding when I turn the key off and back on is when it starts running ok,thank you.I will check back in the mornning

 I don't know what your talking about. I asked you a question, not give you advice. Your problem is not a resister unless it has dried leaves laying on it and I doubt that.
