1999 cavalier bulb replacement

need to replace my front turn signal bulb on 1999 cavalier cannot figure out how to get lens cover off to put bulb in

REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

Fig. 3: Twist the bulb socket to remove it from the lamp and ...

Fig. 4: ... lower the socket down to access the bulb

Fig. 5: Pull the bulb straight out to remove it from the socket

Remove the inner wheel well splash shield.
Grasp the bulb socket and rotate it counter-clockwise to remove it from the lamp.
Remove the bulb from the socket.
Installation is the reverse of removal.
