Geo metra starting problems

My 1994 Geo metra does not start sometimes. It always happens after it sits overnight. After 2-4 hours of sitting it starts right up. Might happen once every month or sometimes twice a week then go 2 months without a problem. I have checked for spark and have it, so it must be fuel/air related.It just sits there and cranks, but come back in 3 hours and fires right up.

At the time it won't start, you'll have to check for fuel pressure and injecter pulse. Use a noid light to check the pulse. Here's what it looks like.
