Vacuum diagram for Dodge 400 2 barrel carb

Dodge 400 engine, powering a 1977 Tradesman 300 van/ambulance vacuum diagram. All or most of the vacuum hoses are plugged with screws, have just rebuilt the heads transmission definately have a vacuum leak but cannot find a diagram to insure correct vacuum system

 Don't see a 400 engine listed. Are you sure it's not a 360? They could be just omiting it.
