my 1993.5 firebird wont spark ive replaced the ...

my 1993.5 firebird wont spark ive replaced the dist,coil,comp,map,o2,prom,alt,
it gets signal to the injectors but no signal to coil   comp says low res pulse ???????
pleast if you know of anything i havn't tried it would be appreciated

Optional Information:
1993 Pontiac trans-am 327

Already Tried:
rr coil ,rr dist, rr ecm,pcm,prom, rrmap, o2,check harness/ohlm meter,reset comp, and reset new comp , the code for low res pulse still activates and no spark,,what is strange is the unit will send signal and fire if i take it off and rotate the distr manualy until the air pump or fan comes on then it stops firing ,ive checked the timming chain and all mechanical hardware that is affiliated with it and is good ,,please note the injectors function so they get signal all the timeregardless the dist is under the water pump and is a pain of course you know thank you
