running bad

89 ranger 4x4 i have replaced cap button plugs aircleaner airthrottle mixer oxegen sensor throttle position sensor egnition modual.but still low gas mileage and the engine is missing also checked fuel pressure @30psi at idle while driving at 35psi while passing at 40 psi can you help thanks duane.
