clutch turn start accord honda

I have a 93 Honda accord. Lately every time I start it up I hear a squeal,but that goes away when I start to drive. Today it cut out as I was driving down my road.It sounds like it wants to start but it wont turn over. Is it my clutch? My belts seem to be intact, no visible sign of damage, I just dont know what to do! PLEASE HELP!

What do you mean by "won't turn over"?

Is the starter cranking the engine over and it is just not firing up?
