I have a 2001 F 250 7.3 powerstroke. The tube that connects the turbo to the metal block split and the motor made a bonking noise. The motor was shut off immediately and the tube was replaced, but the noise is still there. It is definitely coming from the airbox. Is that little block some type of air flow sensor that got messed up? I'm at a loss.
