We have a 1994 Eagle Summit with a 2.4 engine. And the trouble that I am having, when I start the car, it should idle high on cold start, but instead it starts for a few seconds and stalls out. And I have to manually hold the foot pedal to keep the car running, and I have replaced the throttle position valve. Still didn't fix my problem. Could it be the idle control valve? Should I replace it or is there something else that I need to look at?

Optional Information:

Already Tried:
