I have a 95 AWD TSI Eagle Talon thats coolant light ...

I have a 95 AWD TSI Eagle Talon thats coolant light recently started flicking and now it stays on. After i was driving it for a while the overflow res. start pooring out the coolant because it was so hot. The coolant was litterally boiling. Also my main engine cooling fan also isnt working. Could that cause it to do that?

Checked all fuses.
