3 out of 4 injectors staying on WHY

my question is i have a 1990 eagle talon turbo 5 speed 3 out of my 4 injectors stay on the 4 th one apears to be working correctly if any answers please contact me at Customer (name blocked for privacy)@yahoo.com

What did you determine is happening. Do they stay open if unplugged? Is the signal pulsing if checked with a noid light?

Then how do you know the injecters are staying on? I don't even know what you mean by staying on.
