I have a 2000 chrysler Lesabre and at 40 - 45 mph it starts to shimmy side to side on the front end. Noone seems to be able to find the problem. It has been to both a transmission and regular mechanic. Any ideas?

new mounts, new cv joints, checked the black box, rotated tires, aligned tires, new axles, checked arm cushenings, you name it, we have tried all we can think of.
