2004 chrysler sebring overheats and i changed the water ...

2004 chrysler sebring overheats and i changed the water pump and thermostat and still overheats had a compression test done and it still showed good and nothing was leaky well it runs good for about 30 miles and then the temp needles just start to go up it seems like the fans keep it cool just until the motor starts to get hot then it justs overheats it almost seems like the thermostat doesnt open or something remind u its the third thermostat i changed

 

Optional Information:
2004 Chrysler sebring 2.4 dohc

Already Tried:
waterpump change,thermostat change three of them and compression test for head gaskets and valves
